Vintage Berber Scarf or Fibula Pin

Description

This beautiful vintage small fibula brooch or pin is from North Africa – probably Algeria – made in the early 1900’s (could be antique).
It is made of silver (weevil mark,silver and gold-washed filigree and set with colored stones cabochon style.
It measures approximately 1.5″ X 1.5″. The pin is 2 3/8″ long.
In excellent condition – stones and filigree are intact. The pin and back surface of fibula have normal wear due to age and usage.
