Any returned item must be in its original condition.  Returned jewelry cannot be resized or altered in any way, and must be unworn. Returned watches must have all tags and plastic pieces still attached, and must be unworn as well
It is recommended that all packages are returned by a traceable courier, insured and signature is required upon delivery. We make this recommendation in order to secure our customers’ investment in case of package loss
If we make an exception and accept a return outside of our return policy after 6 weeks item might be subject to a restocking charge of 10%
