Contains
detailed historical information about the area occupied by the Mayan
society. The map-side shows the area from the Yucatan Peninsula
through Honduras and pinpoints the locations of the ancient cities,
with a brief description. The reverse-side identifies the known
archaeological sites and gives general information regarding the
development of the area during various time periods from 2000 BC to
1500 AD, with pictures.
Map
is approximately 20″ x 28″.
